Claremont Quarter, Cricklewood

A development of 251 new homes comprising a mix of one to three-bed apartments in three separate mansion blocks, all with private outdoor amenity space in the form of terraces or balconies.  Public outdoor spaces will also be provided throughout the site within a landscaped setting.

Replacing the current waste transfer station with new homes will result in a significant reduction of heavy goods vehicles going to and from the site and create a pleasant setting much more appropriate to this residential area.

Our new homes will be set back from the road frontage to allow for robust levels of planting to improve the appearance of Claremont Road and the site.

Part of our proposals also offer improvements to Millennium Green while also giving part of the Donoghue site over to Millennium Green as additional public open space.  The final designs will progress in discussions with the trustees.

The designs of our buildings take inspiration from traditional mansion blocks mixed with the modern London vernacular to create a cohesive development that has a sense of place and will stand the test of time.

Brent Cross regeneration

This site sits within Barnet Council’s wider Brent Cross Cricklewood regeneration programme, you can find out more at TransformingBX.co.uk.

The re-development of PB Donoghue is an important part of the regeneration of the area, replacing inappropriate industrial use with residential.

Chase New Homes is dedicated to being a positive part of the regeneration plans and are very keen to bring forward new homes as soon as possible and contribute to the housing needs of the borough.
