We are pleased to report that we have now handed over 40 apartments within Moxham House to Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing, this is part of our 268 unit scheme at Forster Oaks in Stevenage.
We can confirm that we have secured planning permission for a further block of apartments at Times Square. Affectionately known as X7 by Chase New Homes, the block will provide 16 apartments taking the total number of properties to be provided at Times Square to 595.

Chase New Homes welcomed Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing and Stevenage MP Stephen McPartland to Forster Oaks for a ‘topping out’ ceremony for Copeland House. Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing were excited to see the progress on site and look forward to be able to offer affordable housing to the Stevenage community.
Moxham House at our Forster Oaks Development in Stevenage is progressing well. The building comprises 40 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments over four floors and will be handed over to Metropolitan in January 2019.
