East Herts votes in favour of our mixed use scheme at Bircherley Green, Hertford

We are incredibly pleased that the Planning Committee has shown faith in our proposals by voting overwhelmingly in favour at their meeting on Thursday 25^th June.

With a mix of retail, leisure and new apartments we shall create a vibrant new quarter with a unique scheme that builds upon the distinctive qualities of Hertford, providing a meaningful regeneration of the area and driving footfall into the town.

We are already gearing up to have spades in the ground as soon as the planning permission allows.

We would like to thank Council officers and Members for all their hard work in getting this large and complex application over the line within a very short period, and look forward to continuing a collaborative approach as we progress with the scheme.
