CHASE LIVING REVEALS NEW HERTFORD RENTAL PROPERTIES, JUST SIX MONTHS AFTER LAUNCH

New rental property company Chase Living launched just six months ago, expanding the offering of Hertfordshire-based housebuilder Chase New Homes. Now, following the success of its 226 stylish rental apartments at One One Six in Cockfosters, Chase Living has revealed it will be providing rental homes at a new development: Navigation House at Lea Wharf in Hertford town centre.

Gary Barton, Managing Director of Chase New Homes, commented: “It has been exciting to see how strong the appetite for high-quality, professionally managed rental homes has been at One One Six. We are thrilled to be making stylish, contemporary homes available to renters in Lea Wharf now as well.”

Renting a home in the South East has become increasingly difficult in recent years, with the National Residential Landlords Association (NRLA) pointing to a “deepening crisis” in the region earlier this year. The NRLA’s research found that 81% of private landlords in the South East reported rising demand for rented housing as at Q4 2022. However, figures from research consultancy BVA-BDRC showed that only 7% of landlords in the region intended to increase the number of properties that they had to rent out in 2023, while 37% planned to reduce the number they rented out.

Chase Living’s provision of rental homes at sites across the South East is thus very welcome news to those seeking to rent in the region. The company is delivering a premium rental experience, combining exceptional properties with a superior maintenance and management solution and a strong awareness of the role of both community and green space in creating happy homes.

At Navigation House, the 44 one- and two-bedroom riverside rental apartments feature a high-end specification including designer fitted kitchens, contemporary flooring and private balconies, alongside lifts to all floors and allocated parking spaces to select apartments. All with a wide range of local shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance.

At Navigation House, renters can expect not just exemplary properties but a management service that keeps the development in exceptional condition, providing a community that renters can feel proud to call home.

The new development builds on Chase New Homes’ strong track record for providing properties across London and the Home Counties. The highly respected housebuilder has delivered more than 2,000 new properties since 2016, with experience of providing everything from huge apartment schemes to sumptuous family homes. Growing the Chase Living brand in response to demand from local renters, by providing a premium property and lifestyle experience, is the next exciting phase in the firm’s expansion throughout the South East.
