Times Square Update; First 22 apartments in Dakota House now handed over, part of our 579 unit scheme

Chase New Homes are pleased to announce the handover of the first 22 apartments within the new build block, Dakota House at Times Square, taking us to a running total of 206 out of 579 across the whole development. The apartments were delivered in line with our programme to Metropolitan Housing Trust. Dakota House is made up of 60 apartments and handovers within the building will continue to take place between now and the end of 2018.
