We have secured Detailed Planning Consent for an additional 75 new homes at our Former Friends School site in Saffron Walden, voted the Best Place to Live in the UK in 2025 by The Times.

This is an extension of our existing development, The Waldens, which already brings new life to the historic 1876-built school through a sensitive conversion, beautiful feature homes, a new Community Hall, and sporting facilities.
